Most of our work is performed on a project basis. This mean we dedicate a highly professional and experienced team to serve the client’s needs and challenges. Our flat hierarchical organization and processes makes sure all projects go as smooth and fast as possible. The team serves at the client’s disposable during the full client-agency relationship.

Some of our clients have needs that goes beyond classic project-based assignment. It’s not rare that we integrate team members with our client’s teams during short periods of time. This is very suitable for assignments related to product/service design as well as for e-commerce assignments.

We also offer interim positions meaning we take on roles within our client’s organization. Sometimes it’s due to that it’s hard to recruit and sometimes just to boost organizational teams during a shorter period of time. We offer interim positions within UX/UI and
