Ticket is the largest private travel agency chain in the Nordics including the three brands Ticket, AirnGo and Charter. In Sweden and Norway, the Ticket brand has an omnichannel strategy where sales in 68 stores, by phone and online are intertwined to give customers the best of both worlds – the stores' travel advice and service, and the accessibility and transparency of the web.
We at Grau got appointed to help them execute the vision of becoming the best travel agency in the world by creating a state of the art web experience and omnichannel customer centric solution.
